Changes in the Meta Expected

Expecting some changes in the meta soon.

1) Jungle camp control.
Camps are really underestimated, but honestly, wraith camps give so much gold its not even funny. If you manage to grab control of both wraith camps as the ap mid, you suddenly get a large amount of income.

2) Tanky + sustain > burst
Building tanky allows your team to just absolutely faceroll enemies.
Sustain mages like Karthus, Cass, Ryze are insanely strong, and counter most burst mages.
In teamfights, if you have a bulky comp versus a diverse comp, the bulky comp will probably win.

My personal thoughts.

In Response to Diesel's Recent Post on New Champions

Before I get started, I would like to point out that this (as made obvious by the title) is a response to a post I read and thoroughly enjoyed by a user named "Diesel". I suggest that you read this guys post before mine, as it will not make a lot of sense otherwise.

Original Post HERE!

Anyway, the post was talking about how Riot should stop focusing on shoveling out a new champion every 2 weeks, and how Riot should perhaps focus a little bit more on overall bug fixes and perhaps balancing, or even removing old champions.

The first thing I would like to talk about is when he mentioned removing old or unused champions. I don't find this action to be very sensible at all from Riot's stand-point and an average player's stand-point as well. I know plenty of people in the League of Legends community who have invested plenty of money into skins for the champions he mentioned. (He mentioned Katarina, Karma, Heimerdinger, Urgot, etc.) And for Riot to say "Hey, this champion that you main and…

LoL Poetry: Piece of Cake

I'm somewhat of an amateur gaming poet, and so after a recent League of Legends game, I composed a little League of Legends poem, my first. More to come, hopefully

Piece of Cake

by Anil

Today I'm playing LoL and things are going great
I thinks this game will be a tasty piece of cake
For we've got tons of dps
And our fair share of tanks
But if Nunu is jungling
Why are there no ganks?

Things have turned from bad to worse
As fast as I can see
Because we have a Rammus
And he's building AP
We also have AS Oriana
And a crit strike Fiddle
And we have two top, two bot
And no one in the middle

Fiddle shouts “KS!”
My brain starts to hurt
I get ganked by Evelynn
And bleed into the dirt
Nunu calls me an unprintable word
And says “Dumb noob stop no dies”
He is of course 0/12/1
To no one's surprise

Their level 18
We're level 10
And all that I can say
Was that it would have been wiser
To play WoW today

v1.0.0.132

Again, apologies for the inactivity. Partly because im lazy, and partly because Viktor wasnt worth an update, honestly. Sejuani was an actual patch.

I'm not sure about the other tier lists, because I actually havent gotten any updates since the last one i posted. Considering taking them down soon enough. We shall see.

Right. Here we begin.

Kennen - Hes just really freaking strong in lane AND didnt get a nerf. Plus his teamfighting and poke are really good. Mobility too.

Vayne - still of the strongest carries. Vayne Kog and Graves are definitely the strongest right now, but vayne's nerf seemed to hit her more than graves, which is why he didnt move.

Aegis8 and The Forum Facepalm

I've been gone a while. Kinda got bored of posting but I have something post-worthy this time and I have a few stories saved up.

This takes place outside of the game, in a terrifying jungle called General Discussion. This jungle is the main League of Legends forum.

I had a hunch that if I posted a thread about a topic, and that thread was bumped a lot, then more people would make threads about the same topic.

My experiment was this: I would make a thread about Skarner being UP after the patch (I do not believe this. Just an example) I made the title and the first few sentences actually about Skarner, and then after that I explained my real intentions. This way, people could mouse over my thread and think "Oh a Skarner QQ thread. You know? I think he is UP." *makes thread*

This is where things turned bad. Within a minute of me posting the thread someone came in and says something like "Don't spam with him and you won't use as much mana...?" I was thinking this was a common mistake. …

My Gaming History

I didn't start playing real video games until fairly late in my childhood. There are many reasons for that, but the main one was that my parents didn't like video games (I also never got into Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh etc despite growing up with these things. Thanks a lot, Mom and Dad) I was allowed to play more "kid friendly" games, so the first game I ever played was Spy Fox:In Dry Cereal

To the young me, these games were super fun, but really difficult. I remember spending something like two weeks trying to figure out how to get a diode. After I beat it I would play the game over and over again, and eventually I could beat the entire game in 30 minutes. Eventually I was given Spy Fox:Operation Ozone, and I loved that too.

Then, I became interested in baseball when I was eight, and so received 3DO's High Heat Baseball (3DO also created one of the first ever MMORPGs).

I loved this game too, even though it was seriously outdated by the time I played it. Thinking back on it, I played the …

I like how people downvote guides because they dislike the author.
*sigh* kids these days...

EDIT2:This is actually my first downvote spree, gonna see how far this goes.

EDIT4: Please comment and write why you're downvoting. It doesn't help at all by just mashing the downvote button.

Thoughts on Jax

I just tried Jax after his remake and I have to say, he has crazy damage, but about zero survivability.

IMO, he should be build AP, the scalings on his W and R are absolutely insane. Also, since it's easier to get AP than it is to get AD, you get more benefits from his ult. It boosts 20% of both your bonus AP and AD, with a flat amount. If you have 500 ap, that's an extra 100 + flat amount.
