If you lane against a player with the IGN "khachika123" then you have lost the game. The moment the three minute mark is hit, the man will be 20/0. khachika123 will steal your LP and there is no known way to stop him.
Talon
Can burst you down early, but you start to outscale him eventually. Unlock W level one, and attempt to avoid the return of his W. Killing him is difficult, as he can disengage with both his ult and his E. If you're going for the kill, make sure to silence him before he can disengage. Freezing lane early levels is recommended, as he has an incredibly strong early game. Danger ping when he's missing, since his roam potential is significant and you are likely to lose macro.
Darius
Many people think that this matchup is hard but it isn't as bad once you start to understand Darius as a champion. Avoid extended fights, and punish him when his E is on cooldown. His E has a high cooldown early (24 seconds), and it also spends 70 mana for him. Do short trades, and make sure to play around his Q when you go to farm. Once the two of you are low, as long as he does not have stacks on you, you will win the fight because your ult is a more powerful execute than his. If you are going Phase Rush, a quick Q+E combo with bami's is able to silence him for long enough that you can disengage without him using his E to force you back into the fight. If needed, ignite him before his Q hits you to reduce his healing.
Kled
Many Kled players have not memorized "High Major Commodore of the First Legion Third Multiplication Double Admiral Artillery Vanguard Company" are not actual Kled players. If the Kled player you are laning against hasn't memorized it, you are guaranteed to win. However, if they HAVE memorized it, you will lose the lane 100% as they are the true master race.
Sylas
Sylas is a bit of an annoying matchup. He wins extended trades when he is able to poke you with his passive, but you win short trades as long as you initiate it with your Q. He can use your ult better than you can, so beware of that once you reach half health. Sylas' W heals him more the lower health he is, so try to deny him a heal if you are attempting to kill him, unless you have grievous wounds on him. Executioner's is recommended because it reduces his W healing.
Yasuo
Tenacity doesn't reduce airborne length :(
Nocturne
Get your revenge for what he did to Fossbarrow! Nocturne is a bit of a cheese laner but as long as you play it properly he will be unable to kill you. Avoid his level one all in as LT will win that for him. He has some of the biggest mana problems in the game, so you can easily out sustain him. Make sure your team knows when he is missing, because Nocturne roams can be deadly to your allies. His aa range is 125 in comparison to your 175, so you can CS and trade easier than he can after you gain all of your abilities. Freezing the wave can also stop him from all inning.
Tip: If you cannot stop the fear from his E, activate your own E right before the fear hits. This will make it so you spin throughout the entire fear duration (3 second spin vs 2.25s fear at max level) and allow you to return damage to him.
Sett
Annoying matchup but not unwinnable. Sett wins many trades but you can win them if you play properly. Silence him when he is high grit to avoid him from instantly winning the trade with his W. His passive allows him to deal decent damage with his right punches, but your E out damages it. I prefer Phase Rush in this matchup but Conqueror is still viable.
Yuumi
Yuumi mid is basically godlike and impossible to win. She can auto you twice before you kill her which basically means that you lost.
Ahri
This is a really hard lane. Ahri can poke you early with her Q, so you will either take a lot of damage or you will lose minions early. She can also disengage with her E and her ult, so getting kills on her is rare without using flash, ult and ignite. I recommend unlocking W level one here, because you can reduce a lot of her Q poke with it.
Xerath
Dodge his Qs if you are able to. He can poke you down early and is difficult to kill. Once it reaches mid game, you start to scale harder than him. His passive allows him to gain mana, so in most situations you won't be able to wait until his mana drains. This matchup is all about baiting his Q so he misses it, but if he is a smarter player and is better at reading your movement then it is a good idea to play more defensively. I personally unlock W level one in this matchup but unlocking Q is also useful for dodging his abilities.
Gnar
dumb squirrel should die
Kennen
hate you mega
Ashe
Ashe is a large threat if she is fed. One of the only ADCs that Garen is almost guaranteed to lose to, because of her kiting ability with her passive. If she comes out of lane fed, make sure you shut her down before she can remove you from the game. Target her in teamfights and stay out of her auto range unless you want to stay in her auto range for the rest of eternity.
Lillia
Lillia is an annoying jungler for you. Her kit allows her to avoid you and her CC is strong enough to make you lose 90% of skirmishes with her. If she is ganking your lane, without a countergank or a significant lead, you are likely to die unless you react properly.
Veigar
Veigar has decent survivability against you because of his E. He can't really bully you, but he removes all of your kill pressure once he places down that stupid cage. Unlike most mages, he doesn't really have complete control over the wave. You want to deny him minion kills with his Q so he does not hard scale late game. If you are going for the kill, you are almost certainly going to have to flash or cleanse his cage, unless he misses it outright. Veigar ult is almost as good as yours, so do not underestimate his kill potential once he receives it. Even though his ult is magic damage, you can't really stack enough MR by the time he unlocks it for that to matter.
Anivia
can you stop placing that dumb wall
Irelia
Not a bad lane but she can punish mistakes. Make sure to dodge her E stun, or at least use your W on it. You can stack Conqueror faster than she can but once she stacks hers, she will benefit more from it than you will. Her ult is also good at forcing you to fight until one of you die, so beware her ult if you aren't high health. Silence cancels her W, and since your ult is true damage, her W has no effect on it. Pay attention to the minions that are low health because she gains Q resets off of them.
Akali
Akali is a super annoying matchup. She wins all trades early, and has significant kill pressure on you. There isn't much you can do here, other than letting her shove wave until your jungler assists you. You outscale her, but that means nothing if she sets you behind. Her mobility is super annoying too, since it basically allows her free escapes any time you try to kill her when she messes up dives.
Zed
Zed is a relatively easy matchup for Garen. You can trade with him level one, but only if you do it properly. Bait out his Q, and then start the trade with your Q. Zed usually brings Electrocute so that can also be a factor during early trades. Before level 6 you are going to want to avoid his Q and his E as much as possible, and then go in when he goes to CS. Stacking conqueror is essential here as it will allow you to win extended trades. When you both reach level 6, you both gain massive kill pressure, but he gains more. Make sure to use your W on his ult and then immediately disengage unless you can kill him. Early armor is good against him because it negates a ton of his lethality.
Lucian
ADCs should get out of mid because this is disgusting. He pokes you early and bullies you out of a ton of CS. Rush Plated Steelcaps here, and possibly build a DMP first if you need to. Try to freeze the lane long enough for your jungler to help you or for you to get an opportunity to kill him with Flash+Ignite.
Karthus
Dodge his Qs and you win basically. His Qs do bonus damage to isolated targets, so you can reduce his damage by standing in your minion wave. Make sure not to die to his passive once you all in.
Orianna
zzzzzzz sleeper lane
Diana
I have been typing for too long, forgive me for not wanting to type anything out right now.
Fiddlesticks
Get grievous wounds and you basically win every trade. He is a bit more annoying when he builds tank, but even then a cleaver is usually enough to deal with him.;
Yone
Overall easier than Yasuo lane. Strafe to dodge his Q airborne and you should win most trades unless you're tanking minion damage or have your abilities on cooldown. Early game, you're hindered by cooldowns so you lose extended trades. Deny him damage onto you as much as possible when your E is on cooldown. His ult isn't too much of a threat unless he's able to burst you down with it. Once it reaches mid game, you should start winning most trades.
Fiora
She has more mobility than you, more damage, more sustain and her W is usually more effective than yours. Your Q doesn't give her W a stun, but losing Q still means losing the trade in most situations. You only have a chance to trade when her W is down, and even that could go poorly if you misplay. Executioner's is recommended as well as possible jungler assistance.
Sylas
He is not the true Demacia so I hate him.
Yuumi
Fairly self explanatory.
Zilean
Great support to have. He can use his ult on you to allow you greater survivability in teamfights. Speed buffs from him also allow you to quickly engage/disengage, and his bombs give utility.
Darius
Because Darius getting an execute with his ult is more valuable to your team than yourself getting an execute, he can deny your usage unless the two of you are able to properly coordinate.
Gnar
As much as I hate Gnar, his CC provides decent synergy during teamfights. His split is weak usually (unless he is poroimplants) so you would be forced to teamfight more often. This can be bad if their team has a lead or a better teamfight comp than yours.
Akali
Doesn't really provide much utility because she doesn't have much CC. Her mobility also can force the enemy team to target you in skirmishes, which can cause you to die before Akali can burst anyone down. 2v2s with Akali aren't really strong.
Vi
Pretty good jungler to have. Her ult is strong and allows the two of you to win many skirmishes.
Malzahar
He does well with literally everyone.
Shen
Always a good teamfight champion. His ult is good for turning around skirmishes and his taunt allows you to burst down enemies without much danger posed to yourself.
Samira
She will win teamfights 95% of the time because of how broken she is.
Garen
If the Garen player khachika123 is on your team you can basically afk and accept the free LP that you have been gifted. No matter the circumstances, khachika123 can overcome any obstacle and could even win worlds by himself.
Kennen
His ult is great for teamfights and then you can just spin to win on the stunned people.
Kindred
Her ult basically denies you any kill pressure at all, since usually once the ult ends, people will be prepared to escape with enough health to survive your ult. She also kinda just stops you from being able to use your ult and makes you feel sad. Garen can't displace anyone so you won't be able to force people out of her ult.
