My name is Keledrath. I don't play ranked, but I've found this build to be entertaining and surprisingly effective.

I got tired of the traditional ADC build from S2 (Berzerkers, Infinity Edge, BT, PD, second BT or PD, and a GA). So I decided to make a build around Hurricane, and it has worked so far.

Sorry about bad formatting, I'm a bit tired and using a squishy keyboard so I don't want to type and correct excessively.

Stronger teamfights

Con:
weaker single target damage

I'm just adding this note here because I don't think my runes are quite standard

AD Quints: I don't have lifesteal quints, they might be better

1 crit chance mark: It gives you that small chance to suddenly turn a quick trade into a kill at early levels, which I like

This is where the difference is.

Hurricane: Central to the build. This build is designed for adcs such as Caitlyn, Kog, and AD Kennan (I do it for lols). Hurricane has good synergy with other S3 items as well, which will be explained shortly.

Static Shiv: I love this item. First, it lets you get an early Avarice Blade for some extra gold income. Then, it gives you a nuke in teamfights for about 400 damage that you should be able to get 3-4 times for 1200-1600 magic damage. Combined with hurricane (each target increases the number of charges by 10), you triple the number of procs (9-12, 3600-4800 magic damage). It also gives you very strong pushing power and solid stats on a pretty cheap item.

Blade of the Ruined King: Another combo with Hurricane, since the separate attacks each apply the passive. Since this build focuses more on adcs who need to build attack speed than damage, BotRK is perfect for them. Also, the active will save your life.

Infinity Edge: I know the RH attacks can't crit, but you normal attacks still can. At full build with this, you should have 46% crit chance (61 with atmas as defensive) Remember that this applies to Statik Shiv. If you crit on half you your shv procs (roughly accurate) you get 6300-8400 magic damage applied in the teamfight. IE is also a very strong damage item in it's on right.

Defensive options: I have 8 options. GA, and then a full and a aggressive option for health, armor, and mr. I actually give 3 for mr.

GA: Best adc full defensive item in the game, imo. Saves you if you get nuked.

Warmogs: If you just need more health and regen.

Frozen Mallet: Good for chasing/kiting, gives a lot of health and decent damage.

Thornmail: Good against traditional adcs as well as pubstompers like ad yi and trynd

Atma's: Gets a lot of hate, but is cost efficient for stats at around 1.2k health, which everyone has by level 18. Gives good armor, decent damage, and an extra 15% crit chance for your shiv.

Banshee's Veil: Good for if you are getting poked hard (Nidalee spears out of nowhere)

Maw of Malmortius: Good for surviving magic burst from the enemy apc

Mercurial Scimitar: Counter to getting CC locked

All around, I've found this build fun and effective. The AoE damage you deal will catch most enemies off guard, and you can push very rapidly with hurricane and shiv.
