Greater Mark of Attack Damage: These marks are preferable, as they contribute to your early game farming and trading potential. They have more of a synergy with Olaf than armor pen. marks, mainly because Reckless Swing, your main source of damage, scales with attack damage, and doesn't benefit from armor pen. whatsoever.

Greater Seal of Armor: Considering you'll almost always be faced up against an opponent that deals primarily physical damage, these seals are essential. They add to your early game durability a considerable amount, allowing you to efficiently duel champions like Jax and Riven, who have an annoying amount of kill potential (I;E, burst).

Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist: As I mentioned earlier, it's unlikely that you'll be matched against a champion who uses magic damage, especially as Olaf. Due to this fact, it's a lot more rewarding to take scaling magic resistance glyphs. They're a lot more powerful later on in the game, when this stat will matter most (again, assuming you're not up against a magic damage champion in lane).

Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed: These quintessences are vital on Olaf, as it attributes to his sticking power -- something he requires desperately. Coupled with an item like Blade of the Ruined King, or Randuin's Omen, you'll have no issue staying right on top of that Ashe and shredding her with your Reckless Swing.
