Shyvana; The Half-Dragon. At this point in time it feels like her rein of terror is over, but sometimes you find a lone survivor- a hero if you will. An amazing Shyvana player who stomps your team into the dust with her kick *** chasing/escaping that can win a game easily. This may not be the build of one, but I sure have had my ride with the little Dragon.
Who am I kidding, I suck with Shy...
I am warning you right now that this is a real guide, not something that you can look up right before champion select... Well, you can but you wont get the most out of it.
To get into her immediately, below is some info about her, and her lore!
Now, On with the guide!
Runes are 100% up to you, but I use what I use for a reason.
Greater Mark of Armor Penetration Greater Mark of Desolation- Armor penetration... Really helps your early game damage and can win you most of your trades top lane. It wont feel like much, but it sure as hell will help in the long run.
Greater Seal of Resilience- Armor!! It'll be a little armor boost to help you take some punishment early on, which can win you some trades. It'll also stack up with your late game armor, so everyone wins!
Greater Glyph of Shielding- Bro, did mid lane come to gank you? This will at the least keep them from one-shotting your ***. And, well, it makes up for the lack of MR items you'll have late game...
Greater Quintessence of Strength- You want win trades? Yes? Then you must get and put in little rune book. You want damages? You need now. You want to help at all? Then what you wait for?
Greater Mark of Attack Damage - So you want to teach those little camps who's the boss, eh? But the new jungle gotcha scared? These will fix that right up! You can do more damages; isn't that just ****ing awesome?
Greater Seal of Armor - are those PHREAKS in the jungle doing Tons of Damage? Well these babies should do just the trick! No more dying at Warwick's grandmother's place!
Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist - Do you wanna initiate late game? Do you wanna be the tanky DPS that can do everything for your team? Is their Mid OP as all ****? Do you want me to stop asking these questions? Okay, then you put these in your little rune book and I'll feel better.
Greater Quintessence of Attack Speed - Here, have faster clear times, and on top of that, utterly ******ic sync with your passive: Fury of the Dragonborn.
I only get Flame Breath first, because everyone needs a ranged attack first, otherwise you might as well say goodbye to the game.
Your Twin Bite works on Towers, and it applies on hit affects, so you want to take it early and use it everytime you're in range for an auto-attack.
Some people question why I get Burnout at level 3. I answer with the fact that it's only good for farming, Chasing, and running. The small speed buff makes gettaways a breeze and chases even better! Your passive also makes burnout your best farming tool, but I just dont think It helps early game.
Early game is nothing if your lane partner can't really help you.
You really should avoid laning against people like Xin Zhao, Mordekaiser, Kassadin, Ect.
On the flip side you really love champions like Sivir, Lux, and Nocturne. My point is, the squishier, the better.
Make sure you start with a Ruby Crystal and nothing else. It really helps you early game. The bonus health makes you mutch harder to kill, and it helps with your Agressivness. But if you really feel you want something a little different you could start with boots.
For Farming, all you have to do is turn Burnout on and auto-attack minions, using your Flame Breath to get the last hits that you can't get on your own, your passive will keep your Burnout up, so don't worry about that.
Pros / Cons
Amazing Lane Sustain.
Best Solo Top I know.
Tower Dives Easy.
Hard to Learn.
Doesn't do well against Enemies with high range.
