The rune set up is crucial to this guide. You NEED the durability from the armor and MR they give, without them, you can't trade with enemies.

The masteries really increase your ability to disregard enemy minions. You take about 10 less damage from them. Abuse that fact as much as possible

The main complaint I have with fizz players is when they start boots. Sure its nice to be able to move, but you'll get harassed out of lane in no time. 9 pots and 2 wards is much more efficient for staying in lane and chipping out your opponents.

If you don't want to shove and gank a lot, max W, otherwise, max dat E yo.

Flash/Ignite are the best spells in the game, let's be honest. You could switch out ignite for barrier if you think you'll be going balls to the wall off the gate. Make sure if you opt to use barrier, that you take advantage of its strength early, bait them noobs like crazy.

Attack every minion once and then press E. Simple as that.
