Runes

Greater Mark of Lethality

Greater Mark of Desolation: Really good for Hecarim. These make auto-attacks, Devastating Charge ,and Rampage do a lot more damage. As these are our main damage out-outs, these make for excellent marks.

Greater Seal of Armor: Needed. Tons of armor early game, these are necessary.

Greater Glyph of Magic Resist/ Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist: Best when used in combination with Greater Seal of Armor. Good for gaining some survivability from those pesky casters. Excellent choice overall.

Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed: Excellent runes for getting around the battlefield faster. Also great for chasing down enemies. I highly suggest these runes, as they will also increase your damage passively. Synergises well with Hecarim fairly well overall.

Jungle + Items

First of all you want some sustain in the jungle so take Cloth Armor and 5 Health Potion. Then head to Blue Golem to get Blue Buff try get this as much as you can so you can spam your skills in the Jungle. Then go to wolfs, wraiths , Red Golem, Golems and then Gank if possible. After that you should have enough for Madred's Razors buy that then go into the Jungle again and just clear out camps and buy Boots of Mobility until you get to lvl 6. When you get your Ultimate ask people in lanes if they need a Gank or ask them to get ready to unleash :D. After this build to Shurelya's Reverie for its active movement speed also good when running in for a Gank. Then build to a Trinity Force and dont get the Phage because you get attk from the Zeal's movement speed so build Zeal and Sheen. Then when you have enough for a Pickaxe get that and other items that make Tiamat this gives you 50+ Attk Damage and also its passive gives you splash damage on your basic attacks and Q Rampage. Then sell your Madred's Razor and replace it with a Phantom Dancer. Lastly buy a Glacial Shroud which will lead you to a Frozen Heart

Skill Order

Camp Farming
Use your [W] Spirit of Dread then use your [Q] Rampage. Using W first Activates the effect of its skill and heals your for 3 Rampage instead of 2

Ganking

Use your [E] Devastating Charge to run in the use [W] Spirit of Dread and [Q] Rampage to lay some heavy damage. Chase and [Q] if you can and if they are in tower range with low HP [R] Onslaught of Shadows in and escape using [E] Devastating Charge

Summoner Spells


  • Ghost: Use this for an extra movement speed running away or Ganking. This also activates
    Hecarim's passive which makes movement speed into damage.
