Exhaust is the most common used spell as a support as it reduces the damage done by the enemy champion and also slows them down.
Flash is particularly used for almost every character, as it allows you to escape from an enemy or to get a kill.
Ignite is good for extra damage to enemies. *As a mid champion, this is a key spell for Nami. (Good for harassing and being aggressive).
Heal is good to heal all of your allies, but it is not sufficient enough, so not really used as much as the others.
With this combo, you can deal alot of damage and at the same time you will heal yourself. This depends on your skill shots, which will require practice. With the long duration of the Aqua Prison, you can use your Ebb and Flow (W), and your Tidecaller's Blessing (E) simultaneously and run away before they drop back down.
Use your W to harass the enemy until you are at an appropriate health advantage. If the enemy champion has about 1/3 of their life between beginning and mid game, you can initiate with your combo and at the same time using your Ignite to insure the kill.
I prefer the Tanky AP Set, since it is more adaptable.
