MID
Tear is your standard starting item if you want to run Liandry's or Crown. If you pick Riftmaker I'd recommend Doran's. This is mainly because Tear won't be as effective with Riftmaker as it would be with a mythic that gives mana. Corrupting potion is also an option, tho i wouldn't recommended. I'd only pick it if I know my matchup will be really difficult.
