I've always considered Taric an underappreciated champion, especially since his tankyness and physical damage got dropped by most summoners who would build him as some tanky AP caster. With the Pre-Season changes Taric has dropped some of his AP scaling and assumed Armor scaling in some of his abilities, which makes his AP build less effective than before and makes his actual dueling prowess greater than before.

If you expect this guide to give you Passive Gold masteries, passive playstyle and support-only point of view, this might not be for you, although a support version is viable, it does not follow the Season 3 AP method in the least.
