I choose These Magic Penetration Boots , because against enemies in team fights , she has alot of CC (Crowd Control) and in team fights she has her ultimate and when she uses it against tanks or champions who have built MR (Magic Resist) it would help do more damage.
This item Zhonya's Hourglass is one of Morgana's essential items , a MUST item on her because , this item works well on her ultimate Soul Shackles and Zhonyas Hourglasses active is it makes you invulnerable for 2 seconds and as she uses her ult , it stuns all enemies after channeling, she would be unvulnerable when she is using her R (Soul Shackles)
Liandrys Torment is very great on Morgana because it works well with her W skill , Tormented Soil Tormented Soil when you are in tormented soil , you take damage over time , and Liandrys passive is that when you hit someone with a skill , or they are affected by it (offensive spells) it will burn them , and if you are in morganas soil (w) for a while it will do damage over time and burn you as well.
This item isn't the best item for damage , but morgana herself uses alot of mana , and early game if you get the item that builds into it Chalice of Harmony it gives mana regen and it would help you early game , and also i gives you CDR (Cool down reduction) so , when you want to initiate a team fight , your ultimate , Soul Shackles will be back sooner to activate.
Void Staff is Perfect on her and alot of AP carries or mid's because it gives great Ability power and magic penetration . Its great on morgana because she needs damage and magic pen , she has sorcerers shoes that give magic pen , and void staff gives 35% magic pen for its passive and morganas ultimate Soul Shackles does alot and can use the magic pen.
Finally Rabadon's Deathcap is one of the best items on mid champions or ability power champions because it gives alot of Ability power , and it gives you alot of damage (120 Ability Power , and 30% added ability power thats already existing that you have .
Skill SequenceI choose to start with Dark Binding because a the beggining when you are just farming , you can harrass them with it , and it does major damage.
I max out Tormented Soil first because you need to farm as morgana , and its a perfect way to push out your lane and base or roam and help shut down other lanes . I also choose to max it out first because you can put it in their minion pool , and they can't get near your minions to cs , and it would then help them get behind.
I max out Dark Binding second , because tormented soil is a major factor of your damage , and dark binding is what helps it do damage , because you snare them then put the soil under them . Dark binding does massive damage in late game , it would help chase down or pursue enemies running or it can help you escape.
I max out Black Shield 3rd because you don't need a large shield mid game ,early game the shield is already OP enough as it is you can shield out most of the damage they deal out depending on which champion they are i say , you need the shield to be better late game .
I max out Soul Shackles last because i have to , id max it out first if i could haha .

Marks i chose magic penetration because magic penetration is really important on APC , ability power champions , and mid champions , because everytime enemies will build MR (Magic resist) and it cancels some of your damage out , you wont do as much , but if you get magic pen or have it , you can cancel out their magic resist and do even more , if they hadn't build any magic resist
Quintessences I got ability power quints , because even though magic pen is important you also need some early game damage to do some damage to the opponent and so you will hurt them and you can outpush them , and force them to play passively and they will be a bit behind .
Glyphs I chose Ability power , also because it gives alot of ability power , and it helps alot early game like i had explained up above in the quintessences area , but ability power early game is key , it helps you win early and carry hopefully if you have the potential to .
Morgana was a really high ban in around season 1 and 2 , because her snare is about 3 seconds long (OP) , but a bad thing was she was hard to get used to , you had to hit your skill shots , time your ultimates . I really help this guide helped you Vote , and comment down your thoughts thanks . :P
