Hey Summoners my name is NOOBTROOPA and I am currently ranked in gold V on the EUW server. I started playing ranked in the beginning of season 4.I used to play top lane a lot but, I it wasn't satisfying enough so I switched to main mid lane since I love roaming around the map like a second jungler and the middle lane allows that perfectly.

+ Extremly Strong Late Game.
+ Mobile Assassin
+ Great Roaming post 6
+ Can carry games by himself
+ Strong vs Ap Mids


- Weak Lane Phase against AD mids
- Needs Time to get going
- Gets Raped by CC

If iam against an Ap Mid I will try to poke them down with my Q because it does a lot of damage early on and since my W gives me mana sustain.Against an AD mid I try to farm with my Q from a distance since Kassadin gets destroyed early on by physical damage.As soon as you hit level 6 you can try to all in your lane opponent.
All in Combo: Nether Blade-> Riftwalk(on top of them)-> Null Sphere-> -> Force Pulse-> .
When I get my Rod of Ages I try to roam a lot since Kassadin can Snowball really hard and it helps to snowball the other lanes aswell.

Kassadin is really strong in the late game, but DONT BLINDLY JUMP INTO A FIGHT!!!!.
You will get blown up instanly if you get CCd.
So your job is to wait until your team engages and you can find a squishy to blow up or you need to pick someone of if he overextends or is isolated from his team.Use your Zhonyas properly! If you jump into a team fight after you blow someone up instantly Zhonyas its very likely that their team will try to focus you down but since you are in Zhonyas they cant when Zhonyas is about to end spam Riftwalk into safety.

Here I will work out how I feel about matchups.
Ahri this matchup depends only on the skill of the Ahri player.
If the Ahri is good you are going to have a hard time.Poke her with your Null Sphere don't let her poke you with her Orb of Deception.At 6 if you dodge her Charm all in her and kill her or force her back.You will outscale her defenitly just don't feed her early on.

Fizz is a skill dependent matchup.Try to poke him with Null Sphere everytime he runs up to CS.If you think he will all in you just Null Sphere him or a minion to get the shield then try to disengage from him.At level 6 you need to watch out for his fish if he lands you better have riftwalk and flash up or you die in a heartbeat.If you dodge the fish with your Riftwalk or he misses it then you have kill pressure and you should utilize it!

An really easy matchup in my opinion poke her with your Null Sphere.When you hit level 3 as soon as she runs up to cs Force Pulse her then Null Sphere+ Nether Blade her.Try to not use your Riftwalk aggersivly since she can kill you really easy with her Death Lotus.

No experience in this matchup since Kayle is perma banned.If Kayle is available pick her instead of Kassadin!Side Note:I played the matchup a few times as Kayle and I always won the Lane.

Since her Sigil of Malice doesn't silence anymore she is a lot easier to beat.She can insta kill you so be carfully.As soon as you have a you shouldnt have any problems except if she builds first then take care of her burst.Just dodge her Distortion with your Riftwalk and you will be fine.

A nearly unwinable Matchup since this annoying little Yordle has shields for days.She will bully you early on if you get hit by her Glitterlance. You can win this matchup if you dodge all the Glitterlances and poke her with your Null Sphere but you need to kill her pre level 6 which is unlikely to happen.

Easy peasy just poke her with your Null Sphere dodge her spears and you will destroy her because you outdamage her in every phase of the game.When she walks up to Cs Force Pulse her then Null Sphere+ Nether Blade this will give you the lane advantage and post level 6 you can kill her easiely.

So in general Kassadin is a pretty OP champ he just struggles vs AD mids(just early on)
