I kinda doubt he has a lower MMR seeing as he's Diamond V... :P

I just feel like the gap between those LP gains is a bit unusual, I guess.

Oh, I thought he was plat 5 for some reason...

Even so, I've seen inconsistent LP gains more often with duo q than not.

Mid who went afk after an argument with Vi in the first game, feeding bot lane in the second. Guess the way I was climbing through this division was just too good to be true, zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Game 119-122

Just realised I hadn't posted about these four (frustrating) games yet, so let's go ahead and do that now. First one was played a few days ago, rest of them earlier today. Sorry if this post ends up a bit longer than usual.

Game 1: Due to a short disconnect during champion select, our Nocturne wasn't able to change champions anymore after having random'd a few times and the champion was locked in for him without him knowing how to play it. We also already had a jungler because Joxuu had picked Nunu & Willump before him. Rather than telling us this or dodging the game, Nocturne switched summoners to Teleport - Flash and decided to go top lane, where he died to Shen two times in the first 5-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, mid lane was getting camped early on and Janna was busy being frustrated about not getting jungle, questioning/criticising Joxuu's every move. After getting IE - Shiv, I found myself needing Blade of the Ruined King, Quicksilver Sash and Last Whisper because of how ahead their tanks were, but considering the fact that I wasn't fed this simply wasn't going to happen anytime soon.

I told Nocturne (politely) that he should've dodged the game since he would've lost less LP that way, but although he agreed there wasn't much he could do about it anymore at that point.

Game 2: Probably the most frustrating game of the four, despite the win. After hitting level 2 at the same time as the enemy bot lane, Graves decided to rather randomly Quickdraw forward to get in Buckshot range and harass Corki. Now, that might've been a good idea if not for the fact that that put his only escape on cooldown while Leona Zenith Blade and Corki Phosphorus Bomb were still up. Because of this, Graves got jumped on and bursted down to low HP while also having to use both summoners to escape. We then stood at tower awkwardly until we were allowed to go back (which of course wasn't at an opportune moment, and we missed a lot of cs/xp for being forced to do so). This put him behind enough in items that the next fight (which iirc was started because of a gank) resulted in both of us dying, and we got out of lane being pretty behind.

Luckily, the rest of our team wasn't doing so poorly and we had a good teamfighting comp, allowing Graves a way back into the game after the first few dragon fights. What made this game so frustrating for me was that he then made a comment about how he had "laned 1v2". Now, I won't argue that my play was perfect (for example, I could've interrupted the early Zenith Blade with Flay if I had expected it / if the angle hadn't been as awkward as it was), but knowing that he made such a huge mistake and then had the audacity to blame losing lane on me really rustled my jimmies. Seriously, don't be that guy. Anyway, I noticed that this quite heavily influenced my play and mindset, too, which I feel is a weakness I need to work on. If I know someone's wrong, I shouldn't let what they're saying affect me as much as it did. Ugh.

Game 3: Joxuu had planned to first pick Gragas jungle, but because it got banned and someone else asked for jungle he decided to go for Hecarim top instead. Unfortunately, the jungler we ended up having instead ( Fiddlesticks) wasn't able to do much as almost all lanes fell behind and his first few ganks heavily backfired, too. A prime example of this would be his first post-6 gank on bot lane, in which he got scouted out by Quinn's Heightened Senses, decided to ult anyway, was forced to Flash into range to even be able to fear anyone since both enemy laners had backed off and then died to the tower. We surrendered shortly after 20 minutes because we realised we simply had no way of winning this one.

Game 4: We had a pretty decent team in this game (apart from our top laner switching to Pantheon in the last second without knowing his enemy, which I'm not exactly a fan of), but what we failed to take into account was that Viktor was on a mission to break the record of fastest death in lane. I'm think he managed to do that, as he must've died at level 1 to Ziggs considering the game time when it happened. He pretty much kept feeding after that.

After his third death or so, he was accused of doing it on purpose, and his reaction to Lee Sin's next mid lane gank led Joxuu to believe there might be some truth to those claims (he apparently barely even tried to escape, as if he was giving the kill willingly). Either way, the only other lane which - with the help of some Joxuu ganks - got ahead enough to maybe compensate for this was bot lane, so they decided to focus on it and shut us down, making sure that even their 0/6 Ashe has more gold than our carries.

As a final sidenote, I keep forgetting to turn LSI on and to check my score after the game (or include it in the screenshot, even) >.<

Try looking into replay.gg; While it's not as convenient to look over games, the website will automatically record games for you, and e-mail you a link to view your games. The replay files only last for a month or so, but i'm subscribed to it because i'm quite forgetful of turning on my LSI
If I helped you out, be sure to throw me a +Rep!

You can just get LSI to turn itself on, it's somewhere in the settings I'm sure.

edit:

It's not that I forget to turn it on, it's that it on my framerates will go crazy and jump all over the place. I can easily run LoL with like 7 different Chrome tabs open at a solid 60 fps just fine though, so this would be perfect.
