Stonewall got to play the patch and left his commentary.
It's just like everyone expected it to be.
The jungle is ****-easy and doesn't require any skill at all; being a skillwise better player doesn't allow you to create an edge to the other jungler anymore.
The whole patch is directed to casual players, it will make the game easier and less skill-based. You can't deny that.
I am not even qqing, I'm not a jungler myself and don't really care about the buff and I like the reduction in minion damage to champions because that allows for more agressive play on the lane.
I'm just afraid that LoL will go the same way as WoW.

As winter said.
I don't even jungle much at all and it still pisses me off that they're doing this. It sounds like you can basically use any masteries or runes and jungle just fine now. I LIKED that it was hard to jungle properly on most champions. I LIKED that you needed to have specific runes and masteries. I LIKED that it required knowledge and smart play.
Imagine you're a guy who put tons of effort into setting up all your junglers perfectly*. Now it doesn't matter and you can do it all on autopilot. All that time spent carefully testing paths, trying to create perfect rune/mastery combinations, trying new builds is all for nothing now.
It's just an overall lowering of difficulty and challenge in the game. You can't deny that, because it's a fact.
And yeah, listen to what Stonewall has to say:

Agreed. I think its difficult to make the game good for both casual and competitive players. I like to compare LoL and HoN.
LoL is pretty simple; the mechanics are easy; one fed player wins the game himself, no matter what you do; the game is now a battle of tanky-dps, thats totally ridiculous, you have over 70 champs to get and choose one of the 20 tanky-dps.
HoN is difficult, requires more skill, more attention, one fed player can die in the same sec he gets stunned.

Sivir: really needed some buffs
Potions: Potions are now less useful, point for John (who never buys potions)
Minions: Hum..., they have a point, minions does a good damage now, nerfing their power can make players go aggro more and more
Red buff: well, the slow is good, it could ensure the kill. Lets see now
Jungle
The good side
New players can learn how to jungle faster and do it better
You dont need a page of runes for jungle only
You spend less money buy potions
Enemies wont know when you'll gank
More money and experience
The bad side
Many people almost never gank, now they'll not do it at all
Smart bros will get stronger than people who are laning (that can be kinda rare, but can happen)
