Won't the minion nerf result in some unfair situations?
Take for example a lane of, say, olaf, against teemo.
Teemo would usually rely on his MS to hit olaf, and then quickly get back behind his minis to avoid counter harass. Now if the minis were nerfed too hard, then olaf could undertow, and then walk up, not caring about minis, and destroy teemo.
ofc olaf destroys teemo in lane anyway, but that's just an example. I can really see this as a problem for champs that relied on their minis to protect them O.o

However, I meant that as an example. Basically talking about a really strong melee champion, against a quick ranged champion, and how the quick one relies on minis for protection. If they're too weak to protect these champs now, then those champs will get stomped all over by the tougher, melee champs.
In other words I feel this is an indirect buff to melee champs :P

They probably needed it.
Then again, they are pretty bad in team fights later anyways.
