If you earn the Super Editor then I think you should get the regular Editor badge as well. I'd just move it to the front of your badge list. If we're thinking of the # of badges as a reflection of how many you've "earned" then really people who have earned the 5 year badge have put in the dedication for 1, 2, 3 and 4 year badges as well.
