Introduction

Welcome to the guide for AP Nasus, the Feet Scorcher! Poke your enemies with E and watch them get slowed while dealing lots of damage, at the same time than farming! The benefits of the E spell and Ultimate pasive, with the Q farm and Liche Synergy! Taking about that, most of this build is about Synergy. The Liche ensures you still have melee efectiveness, along with the Trinity and Q farm. The Rylai works along with your E damage over time and the Liandri's pasive, wich deals even more damage over time while making you tanky! (Slow enemies with W inside the E effect area for full effect of the Rylai-Liandri's combo)

You can either choose to go Top or Mid, but if you choose mid make sure to change Teleport for Ignite or Shield.

Pros / Cons

Pros:
-Late Game teamfight destroyer.
-Lane Farming with one E.
-Range.
-Powerfull with his Q farm plus the Liche, with the power and range of the E.

Cons:
-Early Game is hard for you, as you are squishy. Poke at distance while farming with E and Q.
-Not as efective against AD champions than AP champions.

Runes

You need the full glyph cooldown reduction for the abilities, since your main strenght comes from the E and Q, having them up all of the time to use and activate the Lich bane is the most important thing.

The spellvamp quints are needed in order to have sustain in lane and heal over time while dealing damage with E.

Flat AP in the rest of the runes, so you are not useless in early-game (or more precisely, in the first wave).

Are you wondering:
Why dont i just buy Cooldown Reduction and Spell Vamp?

Well, the answer is:
NO!

The strenght of AP Nasus comes from his Simbiotic build, allowing items to work together and with Nasus abilitys. The only item that is not strictely necesary is the Banshee's Veil, the last item, and that provides the Tankyness you need in late game against huge TF's or burst enemies that otherwise would swip and clean you to the side. If you want to as an alternative for Banshee's, you can buy Spirit's Visage, Locket of the Iron Solari or Rod of Ages, depending if you want more AP/Mana sustain along with the extra life, Life/Spell Vamp and life regen, or cooldown and support your allies. The Banshee's Veil is pretty good as a standard item for the build (specially against wild Nidalee's spears and other such dooms).
