This lane is almost impossible to win, she will always out trade you, and can make the trades last longer than you want them too. She also has a way to dodge your combo starter, and a way of killing you even if you manage to run from her.

Introduction

Hello, I'm am a newly found fan of Nidalee mid. Her strong level 3 and incredible roaming potential make her a fearsome mid laner, while her utility makes her very good as an addition to almost any team. I am currently Gold III on Summoner's Rift, 5v5. I hope you enjoy this reworked Nidalee guide!

Runes

A rune page for Nidalee is very easy to debate about. This page is really just a personal thing. 15 AP in the late game really isn't that much, when you consider how much safer the health will have you being when going for those tougher kills. If you want to be even safer, you can replace the scaling AP glyphs with scaling MR, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Spells

Just a quick note, flash is always a recommended summoner spell, but heal is also viable for this build, other than ignite.

Pros / Cons

Pros:
- Strong early game
- Hard to gank due to mobility and traps
- Amazing roaming potential
- Easy to learn
- Amazing scaling
- Good burst potential
- Good utility

Cons:
- Extremely weak to CC
- Skill shot dependent
- Transform dependent
- No real "Ultimate"
- No incredibly high impact move

Unique Skills

The only real unique skills are that she can jump over thin walls with her cougar w, and that her cougar q resets the AA timer, nothing really special though.
