Alright, so here we go... I am NOT a pro (I just hit level 30 today! 3/9/13), nor do I believe this build is pro-like. I have picked up Evelynn and am trying out different builds for her, and this is mostly for me to mess around with so I can figure out what's working for me and what's not. If you guys like it, great! If you guys don't... sorry! There are plenty of other guides to use, and I wish you luck in finding one that suits you!
I would love to hear suggestions, so if there's something you don't like about my build, let me know. However, I am trying to keep this build to my style, so don't take offense if I don't use your suggestions. It doesn't mean I don't like you or that I think your idea is stupid, it just might not fit with my style.
Note: I haven't used Eve in the Jungle much yet so that build is still being polished.
Summoner Skills and Runes
So I've changed my mind a bit here. I'm still using Flash. However, I like taking exhaust as mid Eve now. It's useful to slow the enemy during a gank early game,either before you have your ult or for right after if you know there will be a chase. Junglers still use Smite.
As for runes, they are pretty generic - Armor, Magic Resist and Magic Pen. A lot of other builds have Spell Vamp quints... I want to try them out sometime, but I don't own any yet so for now I'm going with AP Quints.
And yes, I think Magic Pen and AP is still fine for Jungle Eve because her skills are still magic damage and still scale off of AP. You could do Armor Pen and AD for jungle if you wanted to. Up to you.
Mid Evelynn:For masteries, the 21 in Offense is pretty much the only way to go. Then I want to have a little extra move speed because I gank all over as mid Eve. It's why I upgrade my boots early too. Additionally I wanted better regen so I can stay in lane longer, which is why I go for 3 in Defense and the 2 in Expanded Mind in Utility (she regens 1% of her maximum mana when cloaked, so more mana = more regen).
Jungle Evelynn: 21 in Offense with points up to both +8% Armor Pen and +8% Magic Pen, and then a few other things to eventually get a point into Executioner. The points in Defense are to increase survivability in the jungle, and then 1 point in Utility to lower the Flash CD.
Mid Evelynn:I like to grab Kage's Lucky Pick early because I'm going to get Morellonomicon eventually and the extra gold is always nice. It's also especially useful because I like to gank from mid a lot, which means I'm missing some last hits while I'm gone. Also, I grab upgraded boots early for faster travel between lanes, and Giant's Belt for more survivability.
Liandry's Torment is wonderful for the Magic Pen, as well as the burn which works with our Ult as well as Rylai's Scepter. Rylai's gives us a slow with our q spam, as well as an extra chunk of health. Morellonomicon gives me better mana regen, as I feel I can go oom at the worst times, and CDR for my ult and everything else really. Also great for it's passive too. Rabadon's is going to give us a ton more damage from our spells and Abyssal Scepter is going to make sure that damage gets through, as well as giving us some magic resist as well. You might want to get the Negatron Cloak earlier if the enemy team is more AP heavy.
Other options include Deathfire Grasp for a bigger boost in AP and a nice active, Mejai's Soulstealer if you think you can avoid death enough to get those stacks high, and Guardian Angel for better survivability and to help keep the stacks from Mejai's.
Jungle Evelynn:As a jungler, you are going to start out with your Machete and 5 Health Pots. You'll want to get boots early to move around the map faster, and upgrade your Machete for easier jungling. Phage (and then Frozen Mallet) will help you gank with the slow and give you a bit more survivability with the health boost. You can go with Sorcerer's boots again, but boots of Mobility will help you get in close faster, which you'll need to do if you want to get your auto-attacks going. You might want to go with Boots of Swiftness for more consistent speed, and to help you get out as well as in.
After those core items, Life Steal and Spell Vamp with AP and AD will be good for getting in damage while keeping yourself alive long enough to do more damage. The Spellblade unique passive is great, but if want to forgo the Lich Bane you can stop at Phage and just build up Trinity Force instead. Instead of upgrading you Machette to Spirit of the Elder Lizard, you can also go for Wriggle's Lantern, and if you want more Life Steal and some AoE on your auto-attack, you can try out Ravenous Hydra.
