Somewhat prone to counterjungling early on if you do not start with lots of hp

Ignite: AMAZING ON EVELYNN FOR EVERYTHING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Teleport: Great for if you want to split push (she can "somewhat")
Exhaust: Amazing for early level ganks
Ghost: Not commonly seen on an Evelynn but is very useful for chasing/being chased
