Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Hi guys! I'm pandoz and I play the doge with D cane and i press q a lot. Check out the notes for explanations on runes, masteries, items, and skill sequence.
+ Has a large cane
+ Ez to learn to press q
+ Tanky with lots of dmg
+ is a dog
+ can do the can can
+ can stack to infinity
+ cant fly
+ easily kited
+ gets camped a ton
+ gets bullied in lane
+ sometimes hard to press q
Passive: lets you steal life and shet.
Q: allows you to smack people with your cane.
W: makes people useless for a few seconds so you can smack them with your cane
E: shreds people's armor so you can smack them with your cane.
R: makes you larger and lets you smack people with your cane from a farther distance. Also makes you look cooler.
Take teleport so you don't lose any juicy stacks when you have to back or if you get rekd. Take ghost so you can q people dead even if they flash away.
All the other summoner spells don't help you q people in the face so don't get anything else.
How to reck scrubz as susan
Press e, auto attack, press q, auto attack, back out.
Repeat multiple times.
When the enemy is low, press w, press e, auto attack, press q, auto attack, and report your jungler if he ks's you.
From Farming To Victory
To farm as nasus, you must first look at your keyboard and find the q key. Then you must press the q key, and right click on a minion with low health. This will give you 3 stacks, and each stack gives you 3 bonus damage on your q. Cannon minions, large jungle creeps, and champions give you 6 stacks, so if you see a juicy enemy champion run by low on health, ks that **** and get the stacks.
If your opponent leaves lane you have 2 options. You can either press ctrl + 3 and dance or you can stand in the minion wave and get stacks. You generally shouldn't auto attack the minion wave as nasus unless you are trying to push or you need to lifesteal.
If your lane opponent is an aggressive little ***** farm under your turret until you have a lot of stacks. Then the next time he tries to trade with you press e and smack him in the face with your cane. This will make him soil his pants and you will be free to farm.
As soon as team fights break out and your team pings for assistance, mute them and continue to get stacks top lane. If the fight comes toplane, quickly teleport to bot lane and resume farming. Once you get enough stacks, keep farming.
As a general rule, if you don't have at least 1/10 the amount of stacks than the minute (e.g. 200 stacks at 20:00) you either A: suck **** at pressing q, B: you auto attack too much, or C: you are getting rekd in lane. If A, go play tryndamere or something cuz that shet is fool proof. If B, stop right clicking shet. If C, try to freeze the lane near your turret or ask your ks'ing trash jungler to gank. If you simply buy armor against an AD opponent or MR against an AP opponent, your passive will let you stay in lane for dayssss and you can stack ez. My general goal is at least 1/5 stacks per min (e.g. 400 stacks at 20:00) so that I can rek scrubz.
At a certain point in the game, the enemy team will realize that you are D cane and will try to stop you. You will want to do the following: press r. press w on whoever does the most damage with auto attacks. press e on the guy doing the most damage. press q and right click the *****. This is the part where you scream at your friends over skype to watch you reck scrubs. My favorite phrases include but are not limited to: "BOOOOOOOOOOOM", "YOU THINK YOU CAN FIGHT THE CANE?", and so on and so forth. These phrases will allow your q to do more damage.
Eventually you can just plant a ward in their base, buy home-gaurds, tp to their base, and destroy the 2 nexus turrets and the nexus itself by yourself. To accomplish this, ask your teammates to do baron, and have them all run into the enemy like they are mundo or something so that they cannot recall and make sure you ctrl + 3 before finishing the game.
Nasus is op against melee champs that suck at top lane like malphite, warwick, nunu, etc., and auto attack heavy champs like tryndaqueer and such.
Nasus is less op against annoying *** ranged champs that can kite like quinn and vayne but you generally don't have to fight em. Olaf and gnar are both annoying as well since olaf has true damage and gnar is annoying.
If you are taking harass or your lane opponent wants the D, itemize that build so they can't do **** to you and focus on farming so you can 2 shot the enemy adc.
