Introduction

Hello, welcome to my guide to carrying with Jarvan in low elo (bronze/silver). This guide may not be (most likely so) for high elo players. In this guide I will be talking about Jungle Jarvan, his builds, and what other guides talk about. This guide is suppose to be newb friendly and hopefully stays like that. NOTE: This guide is for people who know the basics of League and knowledge of items.
======================================================================
I am a player who has achieved:
Season 2: Bronze
Season 3: Silver
Season 4: Gold
Season 5: Silver (and still climbing)

THIS GUIDE IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND NOT FINISHED THANK YOU!
This guide will most likely get weekly updates, depends how busy I am. The updates will most likely be champion matchups, how to deal with them.

Summoner Spells

Recommended:

These are the only summoner spells you will only need when jungling with Jarvan. SMITE IS A MUST! but you can switch out flash to any of the spells below.

OPTIONAL:

Most of the spells you really don't need but can work with Jarvan

Items

Items are very important in League of Legends. Understanding each item and how it benefits Jarvan or any other champion is important!

This item is like a must to every jungler.

Stalker's blade is the only jungle item you will ever need unless Riot buffs the other items (Especially Poacher's knife). Stalker's blade will add a nice slow to your ganks and will increase your overall offensive power.

You want to get this upgrade rather than the others because this will give you the mid game burst power you will need. You will also deal tons of damage to that Teemo.

Get this if you're snowballing hard or ganking a lot.

Get this if the enemy team is AP heavy or CC heavy

Get this if they are heavy kiters or have lots of slows

Get this if the enemy team is AD heavy or Auto Attack Reliant

Gives you CDR, AD, and Armor Pen. What's not to like about this item? You can upgrade this item to a black cleaver or a ghostblade.

This will be your main item if you want to go bruiser mode. This item will also add to your jungle clear speed.

Last whisper will make you hit like a brick, but partnered with hydra, you will hit like a truck to that jinx.

This item will give you the armor and magic resist you will need in the late game. It's passive will make you a threat, forcing them to focus you instead of your adc.

The enemy team has heavy aoe AP damage? This will be the solution to your problems.

They have bursty ap assassins? (Leblanc) This will be the solution to your problems, but make sure to get a giant's belt.

Need health and armor but still want to deal tons of damage?

E + Q into their team of 5 and use the active. Now the whole enemy team is slowed.

Stalker's Blade vs Trail Blazers (Which one do I get? I CANT DECIDE)

This item has its pros and cons. In my opinion: DONT GET IT, ITS A NOOB TRAP ITEM.

PROS
    Faster Clear Time
    Stunning Mobs
    Gives Health and Mana
Good if you want to farm the jungle

CONS
Reduces smite damage by half (THATS ALOT)
Due to the reduced smite damage, securing objectives like dragon and baron CAN BE A PAIN
    Can't target Champions

The Jungle Route, doing it right

The early game is really important. This will determine who will get the advantage in the mid game. Invading is a gamble. My suggestion, play safe.

BLUE SIDE:
Start Krugs. (Do not go smiteless, it is useless doing so) Ask bot lane for a good leash. You are about 75% health, don't go to red or raptors. (Raptors deal insane damage early on. I would suggest avoiding this camp) Instead, you will go to the wolf camp. While clearing wolves, use a pot. After finishing wolves, you will then go clear Gromp (make sure to smite it) and use your last pot. You are now 60% health, level 3. You have 2 options here. Look at top lane or mid lane. Are they pushed? Do they have an escape? Can you burn their flash? Easy first blood? Then gank. If you can't do any of the above I would suggest recalling. If you didn't gank, you just have enough to buy a stalker's blade with no pots. If you did gank, buy 2 pots with the stalker's blade. After recalling and shopping, you head back to clear the Krug's camp. You basically do the same thing as the first route. After repeating the first route, its 5 or 6 mins. You still have your blue and red. Since Jarvan doesn't really use that much mana in the jungle, you can give it to your mid laner or top laner. If you feel behind in levels, you can take it. If you feel like ganking a lot, clear your red. This is why we skipped our blue and red buffs in the beginning. You don't really need blue buff or red buff because you are just going to waste it on farming the jungle. You can even give your red to your ad carry.

RED SIDE:

Smite Bonuses

Did you know, if you smite a large monster, it gives you a bonus? or... Ever wonder which monster is worth to waste your smite on?

Lizard Elder (Red Buff): Smiting this will give you a large amount of health. Good if you're very low and want to gank or clear another camp.

Blue Golem (Blue Buff): Smiting this will give you a large amount of mana. Jarvan doesn't really use that much mana in the jungle, so don't waste your smite on this.

Gromp (Gragas turned into a frog): Smiting this will give you Gift of the Toadstool for 90 seconds, which poisons enemies who attack you. It's basically thornmail with a DoT (Damage over time). You MUST smite this on your first jungle route.

Raptors: Smiting this will give you Razer Sharp for 90 seconds, which will grant you true sight for a short duration the next time you are spotted by an enemy ward. It lets you know when an enemy ward has spotted you and will let you see where the ward is. Good when you want to gank or they have warded your jungle.

Wolves: Smiting this will give you a nature spirit that grants sight over the nearby crossroads for 75 seconds. Whenever an enemy champion comes in range of the nature spirit, it will chase them for a short duration. The enemy lee sin is taking your blue, gromp, or even wolves? This little spirit is a mobile ward that will detect them going into your jungle.

Krugs: Smiting this will give you Gift of Heavy Hands for 90 seconds, causing every 6th basic attack to stun minions and monsters. Good for Jarvan in the early levels. ITS A MUST SMITE DURING THE 1ST ROUTE.
