Items

Use Banshees instead of Frozen Heart if the enemy team has too many AP champions or use Moonflair Spellblade to keep some extra armor.

Moonflair Spellblade is a good option if you need magic res. but don't want to sacrifice armor, you can use this item instead of Rabadon's or Frozen Heart.

Sunrise cape has both armor, hp and damage bonus.

Against AD enemies Thornmail is a hell of a choice.

Morellonomicon gives you AP and Cooldown Reduction and extra mana reg.

Overlords is a good option for health care.
