With his miniature rework in Season 11, Pantheon has become one of the highest win rate champions in Mid and Top Lane. He has amazing versatility, with potential to be played anywhere on the map. With high base damage and ratios, Pantheon can elect to build like an AD assassin or as a bruiser. Since he is a simple champion, he is ideal to pick up for some Season 11 climbing.

Combos must be in correct order
No escape
Playstyles and Lane Selection
While Pantheon can play with any build in Top or Mid, it is generally better to use assassin items and runes mid and as a bruiser in Top Lane. Exceptions can be made if your team comp allows it such as playing assassin Pantheon top with a Galio mid. However, this team would still need an AP carry champ in another position.
Why play Mid?
+ Pantheon thrives into most melee Mid matchups +His ult allows fast roams Top or Bot +Snowballing from mid is easier (especially using lethality)
Why play Top?
+Longer lane allows you to run down opponents +Usually more 1v1 fights +Can allow more time to scale into early items
Summoner Spells
Ignite
Even when going top lane or against a difficult matchup, I recommend Ignite in all circumstances because it gives constant kill pressure. Your ult can be used to roam or catch a wave if needed. If you want, ultimate hunter could be a good option. You can also avoid rushing Executioner's Calling against healers like Aatrox or Dr. Mundo.
Flash
Since Pantheon lacks mobility in terms of an unconditional dash, Flash is needed in all matchups. Don't be afraid to use it aggressively.
Rune Keystones
Conqueror: The most versatile keystone on Pantheon. This rune is crucial when playing against tanky comps or when lacking damage for one shots. It also scales the best and gives the most damage in extended fights. Using empowered Shield Vault will instantly give you 8/12 Conqueror stacks. Always go Conqueror if you are not confident about rune choices.
Press the Attack: Personally, I do not use this keystone on Pantheon. However, it is needed for any complete guide. Press the Attack does give good burst in the early game when you use empowered Shield Vault due to the triple on-hit. Unfortunately, it relies entirely on this mechanic since Pantheon does not build Attack Speed. Press the Attack also lacks late game scaling.
Electrocute: This keystone synergizes well with Lethality builds as it adds bonus physical damage to your combo. I prefer Electrocute over Press the Attack because it does not rely on Attack Speed. It can be activated by empowered Shield Vault but is not dependent on it and can work with any combo.
