yeah so? unless you buy it late game there is no reason that a warmogs shouldnt be completely full no matter if its on sr or cs.

Orianna has now basically had her nerfs cut in half, she's gonna be a very strong pick again.

More noc nerfs just doesn't make any sense to me..

Noc's fear range needed a nerf since he came out. You just couln't out-range his fear unless you flash :/

Yep Akali's nerfs are noticeable she can't keep up with the other solo tops any more, because it's just not enough spell vamp early game... =/

Akali was OP. Deal with it.

In my opinion if you can play Akali she'll still be a competitive top champion. Also for what **** they were talking, spells aren't that nerfed and Flash will still be most common.
