Reward:
Gain 20–30% movement speed for 2–3 seconds AND/OR
Apply an enhanced form of CC for 1 second:
Example mapping:

Stun → Fear

Could be added as a 4th keystone option in Inspiration
Or replace Spellbook, which is too RNG-heavy and situational
