Spells:
Flash
Smite
Ability Order
Call of the Freljord (PASSIVE)
Nunu & Willump Passive Ability
Introduction
The build will focus mainly on Nunu's Passive, wich gives you a free spell after 7 attacks.
These are the runes I find most usefull for junglin in the start and harras later on:
Greater Quintessence of Health x3
Greater Mark of Attack Speed x9
Greater Seal of Ability Power x9
Greater Glyph of Ability Power x9
You get it? If not, take a look at Nunu's passive; it gives you a free spell each 7 strikes.
"Ah now I get it!"
With the attackspeed runes you can get the passive more often, wich means: More free spells =)
The flat ability power makes you starting spells do more damage, wich i very usefull for jungling.

For masteries I go 9/0/21 with focus on the movement speed, gold, neutral buff duration and flash, summoner spell and ablillity cooldown reduction in the utility tree:
In the offensive treei go for ability power, smite, cooldown reduction and spell penetration:
These Settings will maximize your ability to move around and use your summoner spells and abilities more often and gives you maximum gold output.

Core:
These items form the base of this build. Why? I will describe each item and the idea behind them here:
Mercury's Treads is a must to buy item, especially against a team with much CC's, since it gives you THE best tenacity of all items.
This here baby gives you everything an annoying harassement yeti needs; A big chunk of attackspeed to make you get your passive faster and get more free spells. Ability power that makes you deal more damage. MP/5 (manaregeneration per 5 seconds) for when you not have the free spell. And last but certainly not least; a heavy cooldown reduction (the best in the game) that makes you spell more often and it's insane in combo with the attackspeed.
Now this might not be the ordinary pick for Nunu, BUT; it can give your team a huge advantage in tricky situations and used in combination with your ulti, it makes your team catch up with the enemy really quick.
Wierd? Yes sir! but this little fella has the trick that wil give you a ton of damage early on. Lets check our passive again shall we? Faster attacks gives you more free spells... Each attack or spell in will stack the rageblade with more and more attackspeed and ability power. See the link? More attacks and spells will make your spells more powerfull and gives you attackspeed. More attackspeed means more free spells.
Get the point?
Still a wierd useless item on Nunu? Hell No!
What to go for next?
To start, get yourself a Blasting Wand, as it will go into both the next items we will build.
Nunu is an upclose chaser wich use spells to kill his enemies, and that makes the Abyssal Scepter the perfect choice. This here doomed staff not only gives you great magic resistance and ability power, but it also reduces all nearby enemies magic resist, wich makes you able to use your ulti with terrifying effects.
Finally, go grab yourself a Deathcap. This will take your ultimate to a whole new level, as it almost doubles your ability power with this build. Now you can go and unleash your sub-zero freezing powers with an ultimate strong enough to take out more than half the HP of the squishier champions.
Other good choices:
Someone fed Xin Zhao early on? Don't worry, with a Thornmail in your inventory he will regret that he attacked you. Swap your Shurelya's Battlesong for this if you need it.
These items is an interesting choice instead of Guinsoo's Rageblade. With both giving a modest boost of attackspeed and an on hit damage effect, makes them a great weapon of farming and harassement. Go for Wit's End if you want magic resistance and Malady against the tanks.
Need more HP, mana and ability power? Change your Shurelya's Battlesong for this, if you feel that the regen and free spells still takes you oom (out of mana).
Other team consist of beefy tanks? No problem! This little voodo charm lets you carve away one third, YES 1/3! of the opponent's HP in one single blow. It deals even more damage depending on your ability power.
This is a must if the other team got lots of stunners and/or silencers, since it blocks one negative spell. That makes it come really handy when you need to unleash a full damage ulti. Generally swap your Shurelya's Battlesong for this
Forbidden Items:
Whatever you do, DO NOT GET THESE! With all your offensive spells having allready having mega slows, there's no need for Rylai's. And since your CD reduction is so high at this point, you only got like 2 sec CD on your snowball, make the mallet useless aswell, wich makes both of these items a waste of space.
For jumpin in and charge up your ulti.
For makin the jungle a peice of cake.
Being able to heal your whole team while chrging your ultimate can really turn the tides. Use this if you go on a more tankish build.
Catch up with your enemies with movementspeeds over 500. For the ultimate chaser.
Feelin naughty? seek out the enemy jungler or sneak up on an unawary champion in the bushes.
