For Marks i like going AD. First, it's easier to last hit and second, your auto-attack poke combined with the attack speed of your E is very strong.
Seal of Armor is standard.
I take CD Glyphs because i try to get 40% CD with this build (20% Athene's Unholy Grail + 10% Runes(at lvl 18) + 10% Elixir).
Quint of Ability Power is standard too.
