Here are 2 Team Concepts for ranked games that are made of picks that are unlikely to get banned but very ban worthy.

Ashe - Ranged DPS
Cho'Gath - Tank/ Disable
Renekton - Off Tank/ DPS
Shaco - Jungler / Ganker
Lux - Support/ Nuker

Ashe is the best DPS in the game. Her arrow leads into teamfights well unlike most carries and she has a very nice slow with Volley Frost Arrow, Lizard Buff.

Masteries go as shown above, I don't recommend changes.

Runes Same thing:

15 Damage
12 Armor Penetration

That is a major boost early game.

Ashe is very well equipped for farming, Accent this with an early purchase of Wriggle's Lantern increasing not only damage and armor but also giving you lifesteal 18% is pretty raunchy.

Rush Infinity Edge as it is considered the Ashe item.

Personally I feel Banshee's Veil is her key to Victory item, and can be rushed before Infinity Edge.

From there on it is up to you to decide which item you will choose to lead your team to victory.

Items to think about

Black Cleaver - You would be suprised how much this item improves Ashe's DPS

Phantom Dancer - Movespeed, Attackspeed, Crit Chance all recipes to success

Zeke's Harbinger - Lifesteal, Armor Penetration, Attackspeed, as well as an overall good team item, possibly to support that off tank ad who cant get one himself...

Bloodthirster - Someone already have stark's? Go ahead and up the damage and lifesteal even more!

Wit's End - Useful item think of it this way, 42 true damage every attack, That is almost as much as a Black Cleaver on every attack. (After armor of course).

Sword of the Divine - Great item for turrets.

Madred's Bloodrazor - also very useful item.

Important tank to learn, should be on every team. He has a stun that includes a slow, a silence, Tons of life, and a true damage nuke, what is not to love?

Masteries - Also picked to accent the build.

Runes - I Chose the above runes as they work best with the build.

Cho'Gath is an excellent tank equipped with not 1 but 2 disables, but he is more of a mid to late game champ. Rod of Ages is his main item of choice for this reason, adding health, mana, and Ability Power, by the minute. Literally!

Ages of Legion is one of the most important items for any team to have in the game. Banshee's Veil and Guardian Angel are amazing items to keep Cho'Gath effective all game.

Items to consider:

Randuin's Omen - Another slow are you kidding me! Health and armor as well as CDR.

Sunfire Aegis - AoE DPS to accent Vorpal Spikes as well as health and armor.

Force of Nature - Movespeed and Magic resistance, Plus health regeneration.

Thornmail Facing some hard hittin squishies? Go for it.

Rabadon's Deathcap - More AP more true damage.

Lich Bane - MR AP and another good accent for Vorpal Spikes.

I could not decide between Renekton Xin Zhao and Sion; but they are truely game changing champions.

"Melee DPS FTW'' - Common LOL expression.

Runes Masteries and Items Very with the Champions.

Lux is in my opinion one of the top 5 support in the game, as well as one of the top 10 Nuker/ Carries. Another one of my mains sorry for the bias.

Masteries and runes above are how i run ''My Lux".

Your builds may vary.

In my opinion Sorcerer's Shoes Rabadon's Deathcap Lich Bane Mejai's Soulstealer in that order is the only things she will ever need.

But Rod of Ages Rylai's Crystal Scepter is another good 2 item combo for beginner Lux's

Shaco Fiddlesticks Xin Zhao Olaf and Warwick are the best choices for this role. Each very solid and dependable junglers.

I chose Shaco because he is hardly banned and the best ganker of the 5 before level 6. Plus he is my main.

I start at blue and work my way around finishing red at around 4:55, just enough time to gank.

Exhaust is Shaco's best friend, just throwing that out there.

Build will vary with the jungler you choose.

Nunu & Willump - Jungler/ Off Tank
Galio - Tank/ Disabler
Dr. Mundo - Off Tank/ DPS
Janna - Support/ Healer
Corki - Ranged DPS

Nunu & Willump Evelynn Twitch and Shaco play this role the best.

For Nunu & Willump Boots and Health Potion are a must have. This Role is very risky but if played well can be very effective.

Other than Rod of Ages and Banshee's Veil the items are at user disgression.

Galio Malphite Shen Amumu Rammus all fill this role nicely.

The job for these kind of champions is to lock down a team for the dps or the chanelling ulties such as Nunu & Willump Miss Fortune and Fiddlesticks to deal their damage.

But not all of these champs are always available. So i chose Galio As he is the one most likely available.

But probably least effective with a beginner Galio.

Corki flat out has the most DPS in the game! Don't believe me? You're not playing him right then.

Sivir Corki Miss Fortune Urgot and Ezreal fill this role well.

Ranged Attack Damage Carries. Your best player or 3rd best player will likely play this role.
