7.4 Tier List + AMA

I thought he needed quite a bit of tanky items (money) to be effective.[/quote] I'm not h4x but I'd assume it's a mix of the masteries (Bond of Stone OP) and supports getting higher gold income (less ward buying, more efficient gold items, increased ambient gold gain). This allows Shen to get items easier, and he actually kind of scales unlike most supports.[/quote]
