Jax because he can build like a carry and still be bulky through Relentless Assault, while Mordekaiser can reach carry-level damage with Children of the Grave while building almost all tank.

Karthus, get Banshee's Veil. It will counter Karthus's ulti arounf 95% of the time. That's why no one plays him, he's like Katarina, he's waaaay too easy to counter. They are both anti-noob champions.

Jax, Master Yi, some Teemo, etc. It's a really bad item for attack damage based champion like Pantheon, Nasus, Ashe, Corki, Miss Fortune, Caitlyn, etc.Of course Randuin is better than thornmail ONLY if you use the active.
