These champions can finish enemy quickly, specialized in dealing with multiple enemies and high chances of surviving thanks for their diverse abilities : heal, true damage, movement-speed gaining, dash / target dash, CC / untargetable

These champions have the same diverse abilities compare to tier 1 champions which makes them having high chance of surviving, but they need some time to finish enemy off, also they are not specialize in dealing with multiple enemies, they are not perfect hyper-carries and are difficult to solo-carry
