Ur tier lidt is very good and i agree with almost evertyhibg except that im wondering why is fizz lower it should be at least A with the new ap items and his all in at lvl 3-4 and further plus the new item spellbinger he rekt evryone squishy and deals heavy damage to tanknin my opinion

That's correct, I completly forgot about the new AP items so yes he seems much stronger in 8.4. I think I put him there for no reason.

On what did you base your placements? I mean, you are mostly correct, but for some champions are hevely under-rated.
For example , Why did you put him so low? He is a great support. Has an ok cc, has a speed buff, thats also a heal, which he leaves on the
lane, and his adc can use it when needed, true he does go off lane a lot but he leaves help behind! Than hi dmg gets really high with just building
support items, he has a good chase potential, he can disable towers for short durations, etc...
struck my eye, but there are couple more of champs like him in this list, so pls rethink a little bit, and remember NO CHAMPION IS BAD. But nice list overall

Thx for the feedback and sorry for the late answer.
I think that Bard is a weaker support on this patch not bc hes weak or anything else but bc hes not as good as the others supports champions. Moreover I make this list by my own experience and in my last games the only Bard I saw was 0-12 (not a good impression). Im sure that a Bard main can do well but for the moment I dont see a lot of potential in the champ

WOW so cool, but I think certain champions could be in a better position like Ekko, Annie, Aatrox, Oriana, Kled, Teemo, and Sejuani.
This is just my opinion, hope you liked! ;)

Thx for the feedback! In my opinion Ekko Teemo and Annie are not very strong midlaners, Aatrox and Kled have too many negative matchups on toplane and Sejuani is already grade A. But I swapped Orianna from C to B, you're right she's actually good.

Yeah, good points!
I was thinking about Ekko jungle and Annie support, but in mid lane, they are not so strong.

That's the problem with tier list, it depends on the role of the champion.

I should precise it but it's actually way too long to do a tier list for every role, moreover I'm not a pro to know the best champs everywhere. So I try to make a general situation.
