Er... yeah, some of those you sad are good/avrage can be really op (ok, tehnicly every champ can), but I want to ask you about those you called really bad/terrile.
- Udyr
M8 he is grate jungler; 1.Has a little bit of jg sustain 3.Good ganks
2.Fine clear speed 4.flexible(can adept to a lot of situations-can be build in more ways)
+quite easy to play
- Diana:Yup-thrash, being able to 1-shot so easly with 2 items shouldnt be in the game!
ok, you listed a lot of champions as "thrash", these were the ones to be firsth to catch my eye. Just remember that not 1 of champions is bad, you can make every single one of them work.

Vladimir is one of the most op champs in the game. He's my second main after Zed and, frankly, he's just too good. Search for montages and you'll see the damage he can output

How can Zed is average? just asking.. and yea most of champions in Tier 1 is op but never thou that Xerath can be OP xD.. and Shyvana is average and Shaco can be troller.. in my opinion ^^
