top jglers Patch 8.12

As we are in an early-game focused meta, I believe Lee Sin with his constant buffs should get some more attention
Also, Warwick shouldn't be included in the "good" tier- I think he is next to useless nowadays.

I don't think that Warwick, Evelynn and Kha'Zix are god tier. Both Kha and WW got stronger in these new patches (Eve not that much), but still i dont see them that high in tiers. Xin-Zhao is in the top 2 junglers currently (by korean challengers they are considered op). And that other jungler in those 2 is Graves, so how come that he isn't at the tier list at all?
-And for Kai'Sa and Karthus I guess you thought of those boosting strategies, but in those the technically take the place of the mid-lanner, and the supp is the jungler. (though yeah, not that important, sry)
