for a lot of beginners I always reccomend champs that have escapes built into their kit since you will most likely not be positioned correctly and need a quick escape besides Flash

Miss Fortune, Kog'Maw and Jinx is what I would say are easy to start with. Their kits aren't too difficult to learn and the skillshots are relatively easier to see as to where you're aiming it at. They are also more reliant on Auto Attacks rather than skills (like Lucian or Ezreal)

ADC is one of the more difficult roles to play in league. You have the tools to dish out a ton of damage, but you cannot take much in return. Because of this, your one of the few roles in the Rift that is allowed to be greedy. You don't have to worry about protecting anyone, you only have to worry about getting kills. That being said, you need to know who to focus kills on. In order to be an effective ADC, focus targets with your team and support. In the lane phase, it is generally a good idea to focus whoever your support CC's. This will usually be the enemy ADC. That is your time to use any abilities at your disposal to get the enemy as low as possible. Much of your lane plays should be based around your support. When team fighting, it is the same thing. Prioritize the CC'd targets, with a bigger focus on the squishy damage dealers. The best thing about being an ADC is that, if you have a good team, you should be able to get at least 2 or 3 kills before the enemy can even get close to you. If you are doing well your team's job should be protecting you and your damage. I personally am a support main. I enjoy the tanky supports like Shen, Thresh, Maokai, and Alistar. Adc's love games like this because the tank support will take all the fire and focus from the enemy during the lane and will give you time to burst down the enemy adc. Things get slightly more complex if you are playing with or against a healing or squishy support. A healing support will want you to take most of the damage, while they heal you and cc the enemy. Trust in them and focus their cc'd targets. Non-healing squishy supports will favor pokes and trades. You should pick a poke ADC as such, like Caitlyn or Kai'Sa. When playing against a select few supports, you should focus the support first before the ADC. The only real case this should happen is if you are against a support like Soraka. She can heal her ADC enough to survive your early game burst. Focus her down, then move to the ADC.
IF YOU TAKE NOTHING ELSE FROM THIS, PLAY AROUND YOUR SUPPORT. Especially in the early game, your support will determine your playstyle, not you. Any bot lane that has good synergy between ADC and support is unstoppable, no matter who you are against.
    Hope this helps :)

ADCs right now are squishy as hell. So you might want to stay in the back, let your team engage and escape from the assassins that want to kill you. In situations like that, you want to kill everyone that wants to kill and is near you.

The whole game is just about farming, getting the most cs as possible to outscale your enemy. If you get ganked a lot, keep calm. If you farmed well, you might make the difference in teamfights.

I would recommend you champs like Tristana, Sivir, Varus, Miss Fortune, Ashe or Caitlyn.

I learned ADC with Tristana and Sivir. Like moon827 already said, it's about farming and scaling for lategame.
I recommend reading Vapora Dark's guide to Tristana (https://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/vaporas-guide-to-tristana-447328) because it has a chapter on how to ADC in general. It really helped me to learn the role.

    Hope this helps

I agree with qasddsa. Especially Ashe and Tristana are safe champs for learning. Ashe has some CC with her passive and ult and Tristana has self peel with her ult, an escape with her W and late game she has one of the highest AA ranges of the whole game.

Caitlyn isn't too hard, but she's more difficult than say Ashe Tristana and Sivir. She has the highest base range and a passive that gives you free crits every few attacks, so it might take some time to get used to balancing between harassing, last hitting, and staying in the back.

Ashe is always a good basic starter adc to play, but if shes not your style, I would say Miss Fortune is a good starter adc also. The one big thing about playing adc is going to be farm, once you can get last hitting down, the role gets a lot easier, and you will scale a lot better.

    Hope this helps,

I haven't played enough Caitlyn to tell you for sure, but she's not particularly easy, but she isn't as hard as some other adcs, like Kalista.

    Hope this helps,
