Hi BenLegend443!
I didn't know that Swain and Karthus where used as ADC how interesting...
I always like to find those rare surprises, because is something nice to break meta.
Regarding Kog'Maw and Caitlyn I consider they should be in "A Tier".
And I do agree with C1ber_N8va Varus shoud be in "B Tier".
I will like to know what is your opinion about my TOP JUNGLES S9 tier list too.

Swain and Karthus are the most prevalent non-marksmen in bot, cuz they function a little like marksmen. They also outrange marksmen, but need to aim their damage instead of point and click. I don't think Kog'Maw is that great, because every time I meet him I destroy him. As for Caitlyn, she's too team dependent and her skill ceiling is quite high, so she wouldn't be that good in lower elos. I mean like, she's extremely OP in a pro's hands but less so in my hands.

In my opinion,
Varus is very powerful if you play correctly,like he's the best for killing Tanks.
But for the rest of the Tier,i have to agree :]

Kai'Sa and Vayne kill tanks better cuz they've got percentage of health damage. Varus was good before, but he got nerfed, so he is a little less good. Most Varus players I see aren't that good. I play Kai'Sa, which is countered by varus, and I'd win lane. That's why I put him a little lower than you would expect.
