Tier List is for Patch 9.1 and above

**This tier list is for Vladimir's mid to late game ONLY. Early game advantages are not taken into consideration.**

EZ One shots Tier 1

Minimal escapes, squishy, dies to Q+E

Mostly ez one shots Tier 2

Depending on build/kit, they may prevent you from one-shots

50/50 Tier 3

Whoever one-shots first wins the matchup

can be a hard kill Tier 4

Has good sustain or escapes, typically hard matchups

unkillable lol Tier 5

They're not really a threat, but cannot be dealt with without a team

unkillable + hard to deal with all game Tier 6

"Tank" characters that do tons of damage

Death Tier 7

Hi I'm Corvux!
and can be very hard to kill because they are bruise and have too much sustain, specially .
And it's more like 50/50 specially because his CC skills, but in late he can turn more like tankines type to so he can be very hard to kill.
I hope this information may help you with your tier list...

Skarner is unkillable only in the jungle. Otherwise, he dies in a moment even with best runes. I like and mostly agree with your list at least regarding the champions that I've played.
