I believe ryze is good, but not S tier. He is a very difficult champion to learn, bu he is rewarding as a good ryze will **** you up so hard, but a bad one will int in every game.

if we used bad players to judge how good a champion is, than every champions would be F

Their is no such thing as a low elo or high elo tier list, only one individual tier list that displays how good champions are when played right.

I don't think that maokai will ever be bottom tier with how easy it is to gank his lane. Even if they lose lane they can get some help and still scale up very well. And while the thornmail buff is troubling I think that the tree man should still be able to make it through this patch.
