SupportBoy's Tier List Patch 9.12

Where is F tier? Pyke ain't S, he's A by my opinion, just as Nautilius and Nami. Xerath is F tier, which you didn't even include. Vel'Koz less than B, but not A for sure. Bard ain't no B, he's lower than F in the current meta. Leona is A due to her OP early. Taric should be moved to A at least. Shen surely above C. Why did you even put MF, Jarvan, Poppy into the support tier list? This Tier List is a complete miss, you have to work better. Also, next time add notes to your choices so it makes some sence. Until you improve it, you have a downvote from me.
