Toplane tier list Patch 9.12

It's a good Tier List with few flaws indeed. Urgot ain't S tier, as everyone who has a clue on how to play vs him can easily win the lane. I would move it to B Tier, and move Kled, Garen and Jayce to the S. What is Teemo doing in the B Tier when he counters 80% of the Top Laners? You should move him at least to the A. Olaf as the champion who can 1v1 every melee champion this game has at any stage of the match should be upgraded too. Pantheon ain't no B, at least A. Tahm Kench ain't off meta.

WHERE THE **** IS MY RYZE? Hes good if you put time into him its worth learning him id say hes a or b tier, but a god ryze in a skill matchup is s tier

Why do no tiers have descriptions?
