well yes but you really arent gaining much benifet from it. He functions as a very basic laner but really excels at his designed role IE jngl, especially at clearing drag and counter jungling

Kha'Zix is still very good in lane, but he’s played differently top than he used to be. Nowadays, its better to max W and build around Manamune with Comet.

As for mid lane, you can go Stormraider → Profane Hydra → Voltaic, and then build whatever you need or think is best. You can actually fight pretty easily as long as you make good use of your isolation and passive by constantly resetting it

Yes, actually a long time ago Kha'Zix mid was a thing but now he is a little bit viable in middle lane and top lane but is extremely weak against tanks.

You can play him at toplane or mid, evolve E and poke enemies until you can assasinate them.
