i don't put it anywhere, for me talon is not good as a jungler. is a strong midlaner, just that.

Talon jungle might not be a good pick, but it works, he is at least a C tier jungler

Why are Warwick and Karthus below Sett, they are much better junglers and are good high elo picks

i think that sett is still above those two champ cause its full abilities set that melt people imho.

Why is Graves in the S+ tier, I rarely see him in the jungle role

he is one of the best jungler atm, is the most picked jungler in high elo cause of his burst damage and high gank power. his high damage don't suffer in late game too.

No Karthus is much more commonly picked and so are Rengar and Kha'zix

Sylas isn't actually a very bad jungler, arguably he is one of the strongest right now with the right build and runes.

Imho, comparing to the others jungler, his game impact is under too many conditions and don't offer a good support to his team in the late game (if it build AP is too squishy, if it build tanky don't deal any damage at all). Anyway thank you for the comment :)
