Why is Lulu so high, and BTW Lux is an OP support, I have carried many games with Dark Harvest on Lux she is at least A tier support

lulu is so high because of its many utilities and lux is so low because to perform well it needs a good composition, it is not independent like all the other supports of the upper tiers imho, it's too situational

I disagree Luz allows me to carry most games and still do very good in losi8ng ones regardless of team comps.

As a support Lux is not bad, but its contribution to the lane phase is poor of utility (compared to the others in the upper tiers) to the adc to be able to farm or to be able to save it in the moments in which they gank you (except for the bind and for the light shield that she can generate). The job of doing damage to the enemy team to perform numerous kills is very good, but this is not the idea of support that I have.

Senna is no longer an S+ tier because of her recent nerfs 10.7 10.8

she is still performing very well despite her numerous nerfs, since these are relatively lower
