Jeez, are underrated and quite frankly I hope it stays that way. They can gank so hard, and they are fast. I turn tail when I see them, especially when they've got a snowball going. I do have to disagree on , though, I think he belongs in at least S tier. His ganks hit HARD and he can be your bot lane's angle or devil depending on whose team you're on. I really like this list though! (And you know the descriptions are doubled, right? Like they got copied twice?)

Yes, these two champions have a great impact in the games that sees them involved if played with awareness and clarity of which lane ganking and when to do it. Your words made me think, and actually Hecarim deserves the S tier, in fact I updated the tier list, thanks for letting me know. (yes the fact that it was written twice was a typographical error, I corrected that too, thank you very much). You are welcome :D

ALl of the champions in Your C tier are great in high elo and experienced players... opposite for and ... your S and S+ tier are really close to each other... and , and are strong. is once of the best junglers in high elo and has a pretty good jungle clear and ganks. he's also a great duelis and has a good winrate. The reason most people put him in low tiers is because of his squishy nature and teamfight problems which aren't really hard to solve. between all of the champs I've played he is one of the most compatible in building different builds. (The main problem is that most people think they have to build Lethality since he's an assassin.)

You said well, the champions of tier C are the most picked by the proplayers for the utility they bring to the team or for the advantage they manage to create in the early game, unfortunately the same is not reflected in the generality of the players. But to be honest lee sin deserves a better position, on this I agree with you. Nunu and master yi are so high because the first one has a very strong early gank, able to bring advantage to the lane that he gank, while for master yi the note I wrote remains (he wins a lot in low elo games). Khartus suffered a nerf in the patch making it, in my opinion, weak. Vi and Noc are excellent picks but, in my opinion, they are weaker than the champions who occupy the upper tiers. hmmm, wasn't really aware of nerfs. And I play and a lot. (I main noc though.)
I can agree with yi. whatever happens, he's really strong late game and is a generally safe and OP champ. (his recent nerf wasn't really much important...). but nunu can be countered easily. I only pick him when I'm sure I have good allies. most of the junglers can kill him in his own jungle. that's basically what I myself do everytime he's my opponent. The reason I like nunu is his ganks and control over drake and baron (his Q). but most of the junglers can make the early game a living hell for him. and his W and R can be easily cancelled by CC.

Yes, this is true but for me it remains a champion that allows companions to take advantage of enemies, thanks to its effective ganks. He is not the classic jungle champion who accumulates kills during the game, but allows allies to take kills with him and accumulate advantages during the game. It is true that it is easily countered, especially by aggressive junglers, but if taken in the right conditions it deserves to be in such a high tier.

Understandable. Whenever I gank as nunu I feel like it will be more effective for our team if they take the kill.
However, If I play with aggressive junglers like Assassins or fighters, I usually take the kill myself because I dunno if the teammate that takes it can use its benefits as much as possible. I kinda trust myself more .-.
That's why I said I won't pick nunu unless I'm sure I have good allies. for example, I played most of my clash games as nunu and won most of them.

This tier list is good. I, myself main graves and yi. These are the best champions of mine personally. Whenever I jg, I play with these two. And I'm on my way in maining champions like khazix, ekko. These champions are more stronger and needs to be moved to s tier. These two can do serious damage than Evelyn and shaco, because those two can't be effective in team fights. Both ekko and khazix can counter both of them in early as well as in late games. Evelyn and shaco can be moved to A tier. I could also see Lee sin is played in C tier. I don't think it's fair. Lee sin requires skills. If you watch lol eSports matches, most of them will be playing Lee sin because he is god with the right skills no one can counter him. I agree he can't be easily handled by low elo players. Once he main him, he is easy to play with but players in high elo only play with him because they know his true potentials. Jax is also needs to be moved up in tier because low elo players can easily handle him and he is one of the easiest champion to play for players who needs to increase their rank. Other than else suggestions your tier is perfect and I totally agree with your tier list. If you feel I might be wrong feel free to mention them so that I could correct myself and help others too.

Shaco is still in the S tier, Kha should be there too i agree but in my experience he need to be managed good to do his impact to the game and in TF he suffers te CCs (shaco to do his job can send the clone and let himself away until is the right moment to go all in). Evelyn is there cause her good CC and his way to escape when times get harder. I put Lee in the C tier cause he need too much skill to use it as it should be used and to really go ahead. In tournaments they pick him up because they know how to use him well and know what to do with him to ho far ahead. Jax is one of the kings of the late game, but in the early game he suffer too much and have a poor way to clean the jungle fields.Thank you for the comment, always open minded to usefull comments :)

is can cc very easy because of his passive which is more powerful and his W's passive heals him everytime he uses it. So it more effective in early game to CC as he can heal which makes us to clear our jungle more effectively. can also use his E to save more time while CCing instead of going around the walls.

For CC I mean the ability of a champion to stun, immobilize or silence an opponent. Kha has none of this (except a slight slow with its W) and also suffers terribly from these statuses since he is an assassin and does not enjoy much life. He is an excellent fighter when he manages to take a champion alone out of position, but in the teamfight he can do little if the group remains united. His heal does not give him much sustain in teamfight since it is not much and needs to be done near the target in order to be completed, but is really good to sustain in the jungle
