hmmm, so sett is finding a place in sup role as well. actually the client puts him in sup role too. given to his skills, it seem right to be able of going for sup but is he really better than Brand, Zyra, Sona, etc?
I haven't personally played as Sett sup or with a Sett sup so I don't have much information about it. still, those champs seem more capable for a sup.

What makes him truly OP is the Hexflash + Nimbus Cloak combo because there is nothing that can outrun him once he hexflashes out of a bush. He can basically all-in at all times and win most fights because of his W once its fully stacked up

Yuumiiii she's so boss, and I love it. I don't know if I would put her S+ tier personally even though I main her, if your bot partner doesn't know what they're doing the other team will just get double after double after double, BUT. Build her right and she's a BEAST that no one is going to be able to bring down. I'd comment on Blitz, but everyone bans him anyway, so I wouldn't know.

shes very fun and collecting her passive souls after a big fight is really satisfying, she is also considered one of the best supports according to a lot of tier lists

Yes he is one of the best supports in higher elos especially now during the Omnistone Hexflash meta, if you want a good runeset for playing him or similar champions you can check out my guides if you want
