Camille is a really hard and skillfull champion, she has high winrate in high elo only due to the grasp rune page which elliminates all her weaknesses early game and she can scale safely, if grasp was nerfed camille would be around b tier at best

I guess it depends on what elo you play at, I personally main Urgot and he has a very big list of hard matchups bringing down his tier a lot, he also takes time to scale, and has quite a bit of counterplay and mobility problems getting on people. I also don't really think mechanics should be taken into account too much when making a tier list, it's moreso what this champion is capable of, if someone can't pilot it well I wouldn't bring the champion down a tier, because others can, and with blade of the ruined king right now plus the small buff she got on E, she seems pretty insane right now to me. As far as tryndamere goes I think he is fine at A tier personally, sure his ultimate can get kills and save you from a gank, but plenty of champions are like that. He has hard matchups early as well as bad teamfighting, so if you can't splitpush out a win you're in trouble, his kit is definitely not as jam packed as the champions at S tier, for exmaple if we compare him to jax.

Thanks for the feedback though, I might move Urgot up a tier, but I really wouldn't put him any higher then an A right now, so many bad matchups + ways to itemize against him (tabi, bramble vest), very hard to scale into the game vs good opponents and junglers especially since your passive auto pushes waves. His teamfighting is top tier and once he scales he's a beast, but you have to factor in everything.
