Yeah, you can put Jinx above Lucian and Vayne, I won't stop you :D I don't think I'd put Jhin that high, but Kai'sa for sure. She's a pain to deal with. As for Yasuo, I see plenty of Yas bots when he's not banned, and while I've never seen a particularly good one I do see them. Also, where's Caitlyn? And Kindred ADC? When?

(Also, I suggest taking the "ADC tier list" out of your description and into the title. It'll make finding a list like this easier.)

I forgot to add Caitlyn, thanks bro :). I saw a few kindred adc so ı said why not :D

What are Sivir & Tristana doing in Tier B? Isn't Tristana Jhin's counter, and Jhin is self-called "GOD-TIER"? Yasuo in Tier A? It's not Season 9, Yasuo is not even playing on bot anymore. Draven, Lucian & Ezreal below Jinx & Vayne? I think this guide is a miss. You have a downvote from me. Anyways, keep contributing to the community and surely you will get better once. Thank you!
