Camille is one of the most powerful (At least S tier), Aatrox and Irelia and Riven and Jayce depend on player to do well (potential to win into most picks) Vayne depends on matchup and player
Fiora is one of the strongest top laners, Quinn works well into meta picks, Volibear no longer OP, Sion gets countered by Sett who isn't on this tier list and most of his matchups are terrible.

I don't have much to compliment here IMO and I think most other people would agree, There's many other misplacements but I'm dont want to spell it out for you.
All opinion based, so again, all of this is IMO.

My opinions have changed a lot after that (first of all, thanks for your respect). I understand now that Camille is broken, and Fiora really strong. "depends on the player" it's not an argument, the list is based if it was played by an iron to gold/plat.
