I can totally see your point with "terrible picks" xD
However I still think Varus has more potential compared to Aphelios xD
I'm not sure about Sivir since I didn't play her much, but Miss Fortune should definitely be take to another tier, I rarely get an S with her honestly, but I think she should at least be in the A tier... and SENNA SHOULD BE VANISHED FROM ALL THOSE TIERS !!!!

I think Jhin shld switch with Vayne and aphelios shld go to b tier, since jhin scales but does well in laning aswell, and aphelios still has potential, unlike varus

Twitch S / S+ he is very good in my opinion. I agree with C Tier, I disagree with tristana on B tier also, she should be higher, im thinking low S / high A. Overall good and accurate tier list that fits the title :D

Draven is missing. I think he is about an A Tier pick.

Vayne may be a bit overestimated in strength. Ashe and Caitlyn are such high priority and tend to keep her in check. I think most A Tier marksmen outperform Vayne, an exception being Twitch but his buffs might even push him ahead.

I agree Miss Fortune is about a B Tier marksmen on 10.17. You might want to keep an eye on her though. Her buffs look very promising.

Otherwise, this is definitely one of the most accurate marksman tier lists on this site. I gave it an up-vote.

This is very well done IMO, but you might want to reconsider Aphelios (I believe it should be either B-tier or A-tier, it's dependent on the player as he has potential) and Senna (should be B-tier, but I'd understand if you'd keep her at A tier)
Otherwise it's pretty much perfect.. nice job!
